How to Huddle
The huddle is a daily meeting to help us connect with our highest intentions and then prioritize the daily work on the farm.
Terms:
- Tasks: Specific activities that can be done in a day or less – ideally in 1 to 4 hours. One Post-it. Medium = 1 Chunk (90-120 minutes)
- Projects: Requires multiple tasks – one row on the task board.
- Is it a tension? (Add to hopper)
New Item Questions:
- Is it a task or a project?
- Does it affect other timelines / projects?
- Is it time-sensitive? Can it wait?
- Is it necessary or “nice”?
