How to Huddle

The huddle is a daily meeting to help us connect with our highest intentions and then prioritize the daily work on the farm.

Terms:

  • Tasks: Specific activities that can be done in a day or less – ideally in 1 to 4 hours. One Post-it. Medium = 1 Chunk (90-120 minutes)
  • Projects: Requires multiple tasks – one row on the task board.
  • Is it a tension? (Add to hopper)

New Item Questions:

  • Is it a task or a project?
  • Does it affect other timelines / projects?
  • Is it time-sensitive? Can it wait?
  • Is it necessary or “nice”?
